Company Rules and Operations

• Payment Policy: Do not start a project without 50% or full upfront payment.

• Ethical Behavior: Any team member or collaborator displaying unethical behavior will be terminated and not reintegrated into any process.

• Project Ownership: Web design projects will be kept in the company (CIELO or acenos) account until project completion, never in the client account.

• File Sharing: Final project files will not be shared until the full completion of the project. Preview links and presentation links only will be used to track activity.
